How long will it take to get my order?

Each product differs. Custom products will be given an estimation after Kevin, the owner, finalizes all the details with you. Ordering through the products page will be a 3-4 day processing time plus shipping. 

Do you offer custom products?

Yes! Please check out our "custom projects" page. On this page, you'll have the option to create an entirely customized project or to search through different products that can be customized to you.

Can you ship my product to me?

Yes! We ship through USPS or UPS, depending on the size and weight of your product.

Do you offer returns? 

Yes! We believe in 100% satisfaction guaranteed. We have a 30-day return policy. We also offer a 365-day warranty policy.

*We DO NOT accept returns on custom products. If there is something wrong with your product, please contact us directly.

Do you offer discounts on wholesale?

Yes! Please head to "wholesale" in order to inquire about what you may need for your business or email hillmetaldesign@gmail.com to create a customized plan for you. 

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we delivery up to 30 miles of our shop. Delivery is an additional cost.
